Grace CHENG

Grace Cheng is the founder and CEO of Agewhale. Inspired by her experience caring for her grandparents, she founded Agewhale to assist families in navigating elder care. Her vision is for Agewhale to emerge as the leading social innovator in caregiver support, transforming caregiving into a positive experience for all. Agewhale has received seed funding from the HKSTP and SIE Fund.

Grace's expertise in caregiving has been recognized through her invitation to speak at TEDxTinHauWomen, her role as an advisor for Resolve’s Fellowship Program, and her participation in the Professional Fellows Program funded by the US Department of State.

Prior to founding Agewhale, Grace was the General Manager of the Fair Employment Agency, where she worked to end forced labor of migrant domestic workers. Grace graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.
